A Chapter in Time

My published books include two children’s story collections ‘The Elephant’s Trunk and Other Stories’ and ‘The Elephant’s Revenge and Other Stories’, and a personal narrative named ‘A Journey to Self-Publishing’, a story which describes my struggles to get my books published. However, my most favorite work, that which I have written from my heart is the book ‘The Vanished and Vanquished’. It is a novel of doomed love, set in the mid-20th century Kerala (India) in the background of the matrilineal system that had survived there till the 1980s and which is still the way in which royal family titles are inherited. As of now, the book is only in Kindle edition and I am hoping to have a print edition by the next year.

I am a member of a writers group called 'Writers of Chantilly'. My contributions have appeared in two of their anthologies – ‘Nana... and Other Grandmothers’ and ‘Etched in Memory’.
